Wendy Erven is the owner and a Trainer for Core10. She is the creative mind behind the Core10 method – an athletic version of Pilates. It’s a uniquely intense, strength training workout using spring-loaded Pilates equipment. It’s not traditional Pilates. Core10 gives you better results – faster.
She created the Core10 method during and after she was the Yoga and Pilates Trainer for the Oakland Raiders team in 2001-2002. The coaches wanted her to combine concepts of other fitness methods with Yoga and classical Pilates. The goal was to “make those boys glisten every workout” with Wendy.
She created an extremely effective version of Pilates that gave faster results. The Raiders went to the Super Bowl after a year of training with this athletic Pilates, high-intensity Pilates method with Wendy.
Athletic people love this type of training. It’s designed for men and women who are dedicated to changing their bodies.
Wendy moved to Omaha in 2002 and raised her 2 kids here. She managed the Yoga and Pilates program at Life Time Fitness for many years before opening Core10 in 2016.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Fitness Management from Chico State University, California, which came in handy over all the years, as well as the various fitness certifications and comprehensive training including the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and Balanced Body University.
