Lori is a Master Trainer at Core10 Pilates and has been an important part of our team since opening day in January 2016.
She’s well-known in the Omaha fitness community as a fitness professional and health coach. She’s taught every format of fitness for decades.
A native Nebraskan and UNL alumni, she’s passionate about connecting and coaching people.
She’ll help you to be healthier, fitter, and feel good inside and out.
Lori earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
She has multiple certifications and training as a Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body University), Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise & NASM), TRX Suspension Trainer, and Yoga and Cycling Instructor.
You’ll love her fun-loving, easy-going personality in Core10 classes. She’ll entertain you with her dancing and singing while she coaches you through muscle-quivering moves and sweat-drenching workouts.
