Glynnis is a natural and inspiring trainer coaching group fitness classes at Core10 Pilates. She was a student of the Core10 method for over 10 years before deciding to go through rigorous training to join the Core10 Team.
She’s a busy mother of 4 children and an ACE-Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Her background in dance and teaching elementary school is evident in her talent to coach Core10 classes so well. She’ll help you get more out of your workouts with her ability to teach and correct form and technique individually.
