Glynnis is a natural leader and a fun and inspiring Core10 Master Trainer. She’ll help you strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body in the least amount of time. Give us 50 minutes 3 times a week and you will see results.
Glynnis was a student of the Core10 method for over 10 years. She is an ACE-Certified Group Exercise Instructor and completed the rigorous 200-hour Core10 Training Intensive. Joining the Core10 Team. in 2021, she’s been coaching group fitness classes and private sessions at Core10 Pilates ever since.
She’s worked her way up the ranks faster than most and is a Master Trainer and part of our Membership Team.
She’s also a busy mother of 4 kids and a wife. Glynnis’s background in dance and teaching elementary school is evident in her talent to coach Core10 classes so well.
