Glynnis has been a student of Core10’s athletic form of Pilates for 10+ years and loves the results she continues to get – year after year.
She’s a busy mother of 4 children and an ACE-Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Her background in dance and teaching elementary school is evident in her talent to coach Core10 classes.
