    Essentials are ideal for anyone new or newish (M-F 10 am, Th 5:30 pm, Sat 11 am).

    Full Body classes are designed to be all-levels, with options given to make each move more or less challenging.

    Ideal for busy people with limited time. For best results, plan for at least 3 classes/week.
